Projects, whether internally funded or co-funded by National and International agencies are the main tool for implementing research directives. With few exceptions projects are carried over in co-operation with Italian and European partners. It is worth mentioning that in these contexts CELI usually acts neither as a user nor as an outsourcer but as a full research player.
